Malaviya National
Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan:
The college formerly known as Malaviya Regional Engineering College was
established in 1963. It was given a new name in the year 2002. The college is
built on 312-acre and all the departments of the college have their own
building, labs, staff cabins, lecture halls, classrooms, auditoriums and
departmental libraries. Some prominent bank branches have also opened here
along with coffee shops, guest houses and more.
Dr BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Punjab: The college popularly known as NIT Jalandar was established in 1987. The college is spreads across 160 acres and is situated on Amritsar GT Road bypass in Jalandhar, Punjab. Apart from a computer centre, a central library, ATM booths and other infrastructural facilities await students. In order to encourage physical development NIT has a gymnasium along with indoor sports facilities such as badminton and TT. So you can stay physically fit while gaining knowledge.
National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh: The college which was known as Regional Engineering College was established in 1986 in a joint and cooperative enterprise of the Govt. of India and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. It is one of the thirty National Institutes of Technology that has been established and funded by the Indian government.
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, UttarPradesh: Established in 2001, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology has been granted the status of a deemed university. Besides offering graduate and post-graduate courses in engineering the college also offers dual integrated degrees.
Graphic Era University, Dehradun: Established in 1993 by Kamal Ghanshala, GEU was formerly known as Graphic Era Institute of Technology. GEU is one of the premiere colleges in Dehradun. The university is located amidst the beautiful and serene surroundings of Rajaji National Park, Dehradun.
