4 Best Home Workout To Build A Desired Physique Without Hitting Gyms

All you need is a cheap rope that can be bought almost anywhere. Jumping at even modest pace, you can burn between 10 to 16 calories every minute. That means, you can easily burn over 400 calories in 30 minutes of jumping. Not only that, it is 100% portable, which is great for anyone who has to constantly travel.

2.Push ups

Push ups have been utilised by people everywhere for centuries. And that too, for a good reason. Push ups facilitate the training of your body simply by using your own weight. They don’t require any fancy equipment and can be done just about anywhere. You can train a lot of major muscle groups using the traditional push up and its variations like the wide-grip push up (shoulders) or the close-grip push up (triceps). Just ensure that you have proper form and you are good to go. 

3.Planking

Planking is an increasingly popular exercise that is fantastic for strengthening the inner muscles in your core, the result of which is a tighter mid-section and a toned belly. Planking is also a great exercise for those struggling with back problems. To properly do a plank, you should, while facing the ground, place the elbows directly under your shoulders and push your upper body outwards. Hold this position and contract all the muscles in your abdomen for about 20 to 30 seconds. 


4.Leg raise

Leg raise is another great exercise to tone down that extra fat around your tummy. Like all the previously mentioned work-outs, all you need is a little space to do this exercise. A leg raise involves lying down facing the ceiling and bringing your legs up to meet your hands, without moving any other part of your body. In addition to being an excellent calorie burner, this exercise has the benefit of strengthening your mid-section and improving your stability.
