3 Ways to Impress Her on the First Date

by Kevin Smith Author

First dates are always a little stressful, because you want to make a good first impression. While there are many articles available about how to make her like you on the first date, it is best to keep everything simple in order to ensure that you really find out if the two of you have things in common and if a relationship is worth the time. The best thing to remember when planning a first date is that she is just as nervous as you are, so don’t let the stress get to you.

If you really want to impress her on the first date, try these three things.

1. Be Honest

You have to be yourself on the first date. It is important to know that she likes who you are rather than who you pretend to be. One of the most common errors people commit on the first date is pretending that they enjoy things that they don’t really enjoy. Keep in mind that if the two of you do hit it off, you will have to either tell her that you don’t like these things or pretend to like them for the rest of your relationship. Honesty is the best policy while dating, and that includes the first date.

2. Plan Something Great

You don’t have to get intricate in your planning of the first date; you just have to make it good. Ask her what her favorite food is, and take her to a nice restaurant in Avalon, GA. This is a great way to get to know each other. While movies are a nice experience, you may consider saving a movie for the second or third date, because you don’t get to have a conversation at the theater. You should also consider what you would do after dinner. If the two of you hit it off, and you don’t want the date to end with dinner, consider a walk through a public area. This will keep her comfortable and keep your date going.

3. Ask Her Questions

Engaging in conversation isn’t just about answering questions that are asked. Make sure you have some great questions lined up. If you aren’t the best conversationalist, consider asking questions about what she says. This is the best way to keep the conversation going. Read her body language, if she looks like she is sick of answering questions about one topic, consider switching the topic.

To really impress her on the first date, make sure you are honest. Take her to a nice restaurant in Avalon, GA, and keep the conversation going.
