by Lisa Irwin Blogger

Today, we all are so busy in our working lives that we hardly get any time for self-care. And if you are a mother, then it becomes more difficult to manage all things. When you have a super hectic schedule, then it’s obviously not possible to follow a lengthy skincare routine.

Wait!!!! That doesn’t mean that you should not follow a skincare routine. It is not compulsory that you have to follow a lengthy skincare routine. You can follow a simple 3 step skincare routine that will also give you the best results while saving your time and nourishing your skin.

Importance of Skincare

Skincare is as important as health care. You need to follow a good skincare routine as the skin cells shed throughout the day. Also, it prevents acne and reduces the sign of ageing.

An appropriate skincare treatment also protects your skin from environmental damages and gives your skin a fresh and glowing look.

What is the 3 Step Skincare Routine?

Skincare routine doesn’t require a specific amount of time. It usually depends on what kind of products we are using in our skincare routine. The 3 basic steps you should follow in your skincare routine are - Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturising.

Cleansing -

Cleansing is the first step of this skincare routine. In fact, this is the first step in all skincare routines. This is a crucial step, especially for those who use makeup products on their skin on a daily basis. Cleansing removes all the dirt, oil and other impurities from your skin.

Before going to bed and after getting out of your bed, wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Choose the right cleanser according to your skin type. You can also do cleansing with cleansing wipes In case you’re too tired. But don’t do this daily.

Toning -

Toning your skin is the 2nd step after cleansing. Fill your toner in a spray bottle and then spray it all over your face. This is the best way to apply toner when you’re running out of your time. Also, you can use this anytime and anywhere.

Toning gives a fresh, energised and healthy look to your face. Toner removes the extra oil and dirt along with hydrating your skin.

Moisturising -

Last but not least, moisturising is the final step of this skincare routine. According to most of the skincare experts, you should apply moisturiser at least twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the night. This will maintain the moisture of your skin throughout the day.

Moisturising your skin is important whether your skin is dry, oily or normal. Moisturising will not make your skin look dry and cracky.

Maybe you don’t have time for your skincare because of the workload. But self-care is also important to keep yourself motivated. When you look good, you feel good and motivated. So, just follow these 3 step skincare routine. It will take hardly 15 minutes or even less, and you will get soft, hydrated and glowing skin.
