Even in times of crisis, young graduates from engineering schools are highly sought after. Lessons learned in innovation, preparation for project management, different career prospects, almost guaranteed insertion and more. All these advantages encourage graduates to embark on the adventure of these 5 years of study.

Business-oriented training

In best engineering college in Faridabad, at least 20% of the courses are provided by practicing professionals. The compulsory courses (28 weeks minimum, or more than 6 months) are an opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during and refine their professional project.

In many projects group, made partly on behalf of companies, introduce engineering students to practical issues, project management, and teamwork. Not to mention the (voluntary) missions carried out in junior-company. Visits to industrial sites, recruitment and presentation forums of partners' professions complete the picture.

More and more developed, apprenticeship training allows them to alternate periods of courses and years in companies. The apprentice is considered to be a full-fledged employee, who is entrusted with missions of a larger scale than during an internship.

These links with the professional world allow the young graduate to be quickly operational when entering the labor market and to make valuable contacts for a future first job.

Advanced Research

The engineering colleges in Delhi NCR necessarily enroll their students in an "environment" research: visits of laboratories, presentation of the progress of the school, mini-research projects, lab workshops, etc. They rely on their laboratories, often in partnership with universities, private companies, and public research institutes.

The students who are attracted by this initiation and who wish to work for the advancement of knowledge have the possibility to prepare, parallel to their last year of school, a master-oriented research.

6% of the graduate engineers continue their thesis, which leads them to the Ph.D. (BAC + 8), sesame for a career as a university researcher or researcher in a public body, but also to join the Research and Development of certain enterprises.

An international opening

Globalization of exchanges, relocation of productions, mainly laboratories. Commencement of training courses for international students and the participation of professors from partner universities promote the diversity of cultures.

Many schools include in their curriculum an experience abroad of 3 months to 1 year. This expatriation can be integrated into the schooling, in the form of internship or study stay in a partner institution, or carried out during the year of caesura. In some institutions, this mobility is even mandatory to obtain the diploma.

Another option is the dual diploma, which allows the student to obtain the diploma from his / her school of origin and that of a partner school abroad, sometimes by extending the curriculum.
