使用中のご注意点：
*機器はなるべく水平面に設置してください。設置する時に本体底部に付く支持脚も同時に調整してください。
*滅菌装置の性能と部品の寿命を守るために、必ず蒸留水を使ってください。
*定期的に水タンクを清潔してください。
*作動中に本体を移動するのは禁止です。
*病原微生物に接触した医療器械は消毒剤を使う常規消毒する後でオートクレーブで滅菌してください。
*一回の滅菌になるべく同類の器械を入れてください。
*毎回滅菌する前に、是非安全弁の調子を確認ください。
*ディスプレイに表示された圧力は「0」になる前に、ドアを開けるのは禁止です。
An autoclave is a pressure chamber used to carry out industrial processes requiring elevated temperature and pressure different from ambient air pressure. Autoclaves are used in medical applications to perform sterilization and in the chemical industry to cure coatings and vulcanize rubber and for hydrothermal synthesis. They are also used in industrial applications, specially regarding composites, see autoclave (industrial).
Many autoclaves are used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high pressure saturated steam at 121 °C (249 °F) for around 15–20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents.The autoclave was invented by Charles Chamberland in 1879, although a precursor known as the steam digester was created by Denis Papin in 1679. The name comes from Greek auto-, ultimately meaning self, and Latin clavis meaning key, thus a self-locking device.
