I see a couple of holes in your tips. First I love being a person who SELLS stuff, but it would be no fun if I didn't use the money to BUY what I want too. So don't overlook the sellers and a potential marketplace filled with people ready to buy.
The other point is you don't just need to find people who WANT something, but you should be trying to get in front of those who are LOOKING for what they want. It's much easier to get in front of actively seeking eyeballs than it is to try to appeal to
