This will not put your stress and not even show disrespect to your boss, and at the same time you will be concentrating back to your family matters, where you were there, before the call.

Depression due to family matters

The second biggest cause of anxiety for males is their family. The time they allot for the family members, the concern they have for them, the things they remember about the family and even to take care of your partner, while she is depressed.

You know it very well that you are not having so much time for your family members, as they do demand. Hence, the most foolish activity that males do is while they try to devote that time for the family. When you intend to devote more time and you fail to do so, the instant result is anxiety and that is what the reason for your suffering is.

It is important to note that the reason for depression and anxiety for female is much more than that of a male. Hence what to do? Relax a bit, and put your nerves to rest. Stop your reactions for some time, and think once – does your wife seek that you quit your work and stay all the time with her? No, she just demands you while she needs you. This timing can be some good moments like anniversary, the birthday of herself, yours and your kids and some other special days. The timing also can be some bad times, like the collapse of expectation for pregnancy, when she is really puzzled with numerous works she would have to do. Just take a deep breath and keep tracking those dates and times. You will see they are not more than you casual holidays, your office permits. Just keep those days for your family.
