You Got A New Referral!
by Philippe Moisan Tutorial videos, sci-fi writer "You Got A New Referral!"Well, of course, you won't find a new referral for you in this article. Sorry about that.
The title of the article is the subject I want to discuss for sure.
When you promote a program, and you receive an email from it saying "You Got A New Referral!", that's good news, of course. If it's a paid referral, it's even better.
However, when you are on things like safelists, or subscribe to marketers' lists that have that as a subject to get your attention, it is annoying.
When it's for real, the site owners don't play around. Here are some examples from emails I have received, i.e. true referrals I have had in the past few days:

Well, apart from BizOppers, the others have clear subjects. You learn fast to look forward to those messages from them. :)

I just saw a typo in my article, it changes the whole meaning of the last sentence. I will edit it now. Thanks for your feedback, Cindy. I bet you have seen these types of emails many many times through the years. :) May 19th 2011 11:14 |

Once or twice. I hate it when I have a typo.... I can read it 20 times and never see it till it has been out for days... Then I feel like such a twit But they don't call me Silly Cindy for nothing. Silly Cindy May 19th 2011 11:16 |

I never called you Silly Cindy. I can do it from now on if you want LOL The typo was: "You learn last to look forward " "last" instead of "fast", how one letter can give a whole different meaning :) May 19th 2011 11:23 |

Very good article and I totally agree. I get those that say, You have money, so and so just upgraded and you need to upgrade now. I sent the upline for that program an email that read, if I have made money, when will it be in my account? lol After replying like this about 5 times, she sent me a real email telling me to click on the video and all that crap. I opted out from that site and now when their emails do show up, I just delete them. Best Wishes Philippe.. May 20th 2011 00:20 |

LOL We all had experiences like that. Back in Sept 2010, I was a member of a site that asked to buy positions, that 5 positions would be good, 10 would be better. I bought 5, and reinvested my earnings to buy new ones. Just as I was about to reach the 10th, the earnings stopped. The owners said they had temporary problems, they would fix. After a few days, my sponsor sends me an email to go into a new site, a sister site, it was phase 2. I had to begin from scratch, i.e. buy positions again. I told him I wanted to wait until the first was fixed. He insisted that I jump on the 2nd one, people were jumping in fast. After 2 or 3 emails where I kept telling him I wanted to wait, I blocked him. After 1 week, the first site was not back on track. after 2 weeks, I realized I had lost money, and moved on May 20th 2011 00:28 |

Yes, yes, yes, we live and yes we learn. I have lost about a total of $50, on 3 different programs, from bad online investing. So now I just work what I know works, and I promote those once I get paid and if I haven't been paid yet, I don't promote them. I am learning..... May 20th 2011 00:34 |
Always good news indeed
