Most online marketers realize that having your own membership website is not only a source of extra income, but supplies qualified contacts as well. The problem is it's not cheap to buy a script, get web hosting, custom program your changes and keep the bugs worked out.I finally figured out a way to take a couple of membership website already being run successfully and build my own team within them, so all the sticky details are handled for me and the benefits are still there.
Look around and I bet you can find the same thing, in fact you may already belong to a paying membership website that can be adapted. Just purchase some resell rights products to hand out as bonuses to keep your subscribers happy with genuine value and they will beat the bushes for you to build it even larger.

I am apart of a few membership sites myself and I love the concept that it allows you to build a list of buyers rather than seekers. It allows me to get quality and qualified leads that may actually buy my products. On the other hand the quality of content that is put into some of these sites suck and are so outdated that people drop out due to quality of products that they are offering. It is a great way to build a list!
