Spring Is Here!

Through the long winter nights as we pace the floor hoping for a chance to be free again, we dream and wish for the long winter to be over. One early spring morning as I make my morning coffee and ponder the day. The warm sun peaks over the horizon and gives me glimpses of the life that will soon be thriving.
At last a hint, a red breasted
Robin perched on my chain link fence scans my freshly filled raised beds for a
tasty breakfast. Oh to just see the wonders in my mind as I traditionally water
the seedlings popping their small green heads through the rich and fertile soil
blanket for warmth and comfort. The changing of the guard has begun. At long
last the spring has sprung.
As I make my way into the
cubical back yard with a plan in my mind and a smile on my face I can’t help
but feel an overwhelming feeling of comfort. I have no doubt that this is where
I belong. If you strike up a conversation with me on the subject I would have
no choice but to enthrall you with my enthusiasm and over take the conversation
with excitement.
My niche, My passion and My
life such as it is. I invite you to visit and wander through the journals of my
small urban dwelling and partake in creative, constructive and somewhat unobtrusive
paradise in the middle of a concrete jungle.
Welcome!

Thank you for the compliment and your welcome Allan, My favorite time of year. Now being the weather as unpredictable as it is here in Philadelphia hopefully it will be a good growing season.
