The Diet Solution Program Review

Are there any healthy diets for weight loss out there? This particular question has crossed the mind of every individual that has ever attempted to lose weight. Let's face it we all want to be healthy. No one gets up in the morning and says "today I am going to eat (excuse my French) "crap". With that being said eating healthy in today's society is easier said than done. In today's world we are always "go" "go" "go" thus the phrase "fast food" or should I say "fat food" is embedded into our brain.

Why do we eat? I truly believe in order to truly discover healthy diets for weight loss we must answer that question. Hungry, tired, bored, sad or even happy are some of the answers that come to mind. Heck let's be honest. Sometimes it's simply because we just can't resist that delicious and chewy chocolate chip cookie (ok ok Ill stop). You get the picture. There are both physical and emotional reasons of why we eat but we give very little thought as to why our body needs food. So why is food so important?

What does good nutrition provides us with? Energy! Our bodies need to be fed energy- providing foods each and every day. We charge our cell phones. Fill our cars with gas. Yet when it comes to our own body we don't do a very good job of nourishing it with wholesome healthy whole foods. Now that we have covered what we eat and why we eat it where can we find healthy diets for weight loss?

There is a lot of debate on what we should be eating. Is the food pyramid outdated? Is organic better? Let's take a look at some diets that are deemed healthy diets for weight loss. Low carb diets? We all heard the rhetoric. Carbs are bad! Eat more protein! So the question before us is: Are low-carb diets such as the Atkins Diet healthy for us? To answer that we must ask ourselves what role do carbs play in our every day nutrition? The primary function of carbohydrates is to provide energy for the body, especially the brain and the nervous system. We should get between 40% and 60% of total calories from carbohydrates, preferably from complex carbohydrates (starches) and natural sugars. Complex carbohydrates provide calories, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Hmmm I guess carbs are not that bad after all.

happens that we do not speak the language of the mind which tells us to feed ourselves, but our subconscious interprets or translates that we eat. So it happens that we are used to give a correct interpretation of what our body asks. In fact, today there are products that attempt to trick the brain, so to be detected in the body, the brain block cravings and thereby winning the battle to be overweight.
In short, no matter which method you use, the important thing is that this method has no side effects making things worse ending
