If you are using an autodialler heed the warning
If you are using an autodialler, what is called a 'robocall' with a pre-recorded message you are spamming and you can be reported to the Do not Call Registry. It does not matter if the number you are spamming is not listed on the registry.
I discovered this last night when I received 4 autodialled recorded sales call from the same number in the space of 20 minutes.
According to the National Do Not Call Registry:
"FILE A COMPLAINT
- You may file a complaint if you received an unwanted call after your number was on the National Registry for 31 days.
- You may also file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry). "
I suggest you think hard about that autodialler program.

Awesome advice for those that would be considering a predictive/autodialer. The National Do Not Call Registry is serious about those who "choose" to overlook their regulations. Thanks for sharing some sound advice! - Betina
