Without having an effective, workable Internet marketing strategy in
place it would be impossible for any online business to find success.
The basic meaning of marketing is about applying a specific action to get a new customer or keep an old one. With Internet marketing, your whole efforts should be focused on bringing down the cost of acquiring a new customers and getting the most out of your existing ones. You don't only want to get new customers, you want to make the most out of the ones you already have.
Regardless of what niche you're in, it's vital you ensure you're only promoting high quality products. It makes no difference whether it's a product you created or if you're promoting an affiliate products, you need to make sure your customers are receiving value for money.

The lifeblood of affiliate marketing is having upgraded referrals in our downlines. I am amazed at programs that advertise you can make money without referrals and without any out of pocket expense. Somebody has to buy something for somebody else to make money! Therefore it behooves us to have a quality product or service for our referrals to purchase, unless the program is a barely legal Pyramid or Ponzi scheme where you "take the money and run"!

Don't promote what you don't feel good about or understand if you want success in online marketing. Don't promote junk!

Great article. There is a ton of junk out there and programs that state that you can make money without sponsoring anyone. The way network marketing works is by duplication or sponsoring others into your downline and teaching them how to do the same.

When you promote junk products as an affiliate, you get returned items and your marketing effort would have been wasted. Therefore, evaluate the products you are promoting as an affiliate.
Put into the circumstances of the buyer, will you buy and use the product you are promoting to others to buy? This question should be at the back of our minds as we promote affiliate products.

I agree with Bob C and ofcourse that you should not promote junk. In my opinion it is better to motivate and educate your downline than being pushy. If they upgrade because they see the value of it they will be more productive

As indicated in your article Roosevelt, managing involves motivating those affiliate you sponsor. I believe you have to do more that just manage, you have to show your leadership abilities by inspiring them to go beyond and outside their comfort levels, at least with most .... just a couple cents worth
