Curry risotto with marjoram

Image Curry risotto with marjoram

3 bags of rice,
20 ounces mushrooms,
Book of spring onions,
salt, pepper,
1 teaspoon curry
a handful of finely chopped marjoram,
4 tablespoons butter

Boil rice in salted water to which we added 1 teaspoon of curry. In butter lightly fry the sliced mushrooms and chopped spring onionwheels. A mixture of salt and pepper and simmer gently. Mix the mixture with curry rice, slightly warms, add marjoram and add atablespoon of butter soften.
