Increase Affiliate Sales Through Reviews

When I am about to make purchase of just about anything these days, I search for the opinion of others. Not the opinion or the advertisement of the merchant or manufacturer, but the person who actually made the purchase.

 

If you look at any of the online merchants, like Amazon, you have reviews. If the item does not yet have a review, I will look at something else. Amazon encourages its customers to submit either a written or video review of the product, because they know that we the consumers thrive on that.

 

It is the same with Affiliate marketing. This is why review pages rank highly with Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines. Facebook and other social network sites are other options for getting reviews/opinions.

 

Review the product that you purchased and explain why it works for you. What benefits have you seen and what is the financial outcome. Let the reader know the truth. It it doesn't work for you, say so, because there is nothing worse than having someone purchase something from you because you lied about it. You have lost a customer and whomever he/she can tell. So you have lost several customers. Speak the truth. If the customer still wants to try the product, it's okay, it might work for him/her. Your site visitors/customers will be able to make an informed, educated decision.

 

Having a review site is a great idea. If you are an affiliate for Amazon, customize it with your affiliate link for the product or service that you are promoting.

 

So give this option a try and I am sure that you will see a difference especially in your cash account.
