True Network Marketing Is A 2 Way Street
I've been involved in Social Media and Network Marketing now for a couple of years and had to learn all my lessons the hard way it seems. I say Marketing is a 2 way street because it seems that the majority of Marketers I've seen always want you to either opt-in, join this or that, click here, click there, come to their event, check this out, download this, visit my site, read my blog, article, press release but have no clue that one hand washes the other.
I used to support all kinds of people and their projects but 2011 is going to be a different year for me as far as supporting people goes. If you don't reach out to me and return the favor, I absolutely refuse to be used. That's what it boils down to in my book, everybody has their hand out expecting support but aren't willing to reach out to support you. Those days are a thing of the past for me.

So very true Paul. The backbone in network marketing is about lifting the people in your team to a higher level.
After all, if your team has no success, you will have no success.
Yes ok, some people think it's all about getting people to sign up, but MLM is about getting paid by the parent company from the turnover you help your team create. Even with the best payplan, any percentage of 0 is still 0.
Wishing you a splendid 2011 Paul
