Success AND good health habits in 2011 to everyone !

Aim for these 2 things and the rest will follow.

In health habits I include :

  • food
  • exercise
  • sleep
  • not too much of the "good" things :)
  • follow your heart ( in my case, it means listen to what the Holy Spirit tells me )
  • acknowledge your weaknesses
  • develop your strengths
  • take care of your loved ones
  • less TV, more active hobbies
  • be sensitive to other people ( I'm talking first and foremost to me here )
  • if you don't stand for anything, you'll fall for everything
  • In your business, don't take everything personally
