Hello dear Reader,

when you are living in the US you might not be interested in my thoughts about 'being a Foreign Clickbank Client'.

What does it mean: Foreign Clickbank Client?

It means, to live outside the US and when you will get paid by CB.

CB is paying these clients only by check. OK and as you can read over and over again that they pay clockwise every 2 weeks. Naturally you have to accomplish their rules.

1. Rule

You need 5 payments of 5 different persons

2. Rule

min. $500 of selling.

So far, so good. But what happens, when you only have one subscriber with a repeating monthly fee? Money sums up in your CB account, you are happy but you won't see any check from CB because you don't accomplish to the rules....

Oh, finally you are due to get paid. When living outside the US the check might be on the road for 1 week. You bring it to you bank - happy because finally your first money, earned online. No problem, the bank accept you check, but than you have to wait another 4 weeks until you can use the money.

Nobody talks about it, as it doesn't sound very comfortable. Although CB will pay you every 2 weeks, it could mean that you have to wait another 5 - 6 weeks until you see this money on your bank account.

Conclusion: CB is popular for affiliate products. The payment method might be a little bit less, especially when you start to set up your online biz and your earnings aren't too big.

So, we who are living outside the US cannot change CB TOS' but we can look for other companies who paid through Paypal or Alertpay.

Comments on how to help 'foreign CB clients' on this issue are welcome.
