      2. Give Honest Sincere Appreciation

       3. Arouse Eager want by getting Genuinely interested in other person

       4. SMILE

       5. Be a good listner

        6.Talk in trems of other persons interest and make him feel important

        7. Sweetest word in the world is one's own name

        8 Never say"You are wrong" Avoid Argument

        9.Admit your wrong immediately

        10 Be a leader begin with praise,respect others opinion,let other talk,let him begin with "yes" " yes"

         11 Dramatise your ideas and Throw down a challenge
