How to Help your DOWNLINES and become successful....

Hi Friends, It is an exciting experience for me, and it fills my heart with joy when I say that my journey with this amazing company has changed every aspect of my life. Meeting all the SPONSORS of Power Path GDI from around the world every day at the support forum started by one of the member of this industry named DAWN encourages me every time to work harder and fulfill my dreams and above all the dreams of my down lines?.guess how????

The answer is simple ? by helping others. and believe me that this is the goal of everyone on the team.

Dreams: I am sure all of us dream for a better house, a good car, better schooling for our children, handsome bank balance, the very best of Health for our family etc.., don?t we? With PPGDI to achieve this is quite simple; all you need to do is to HELP your down lines to first understand what they want from life, and then motivate and guide them all the way ? do no leave their hand till they achieve whatever they aspired for!

Goals: Once you understand the vision and dreams of your business partners, the next step would be to sit down with them and discuss the actions to be taken to realize those dreams, in short help them set a GOAL! You must ensure that it is a practical goal and clearly written down as a reminder for you as well as your down-lines to work towards the goal. The best way to achieve it would be to put it on the dream board in your room, mark it in bold letters and keep revisiting it, this is a very efficient tool to help you work towards your goals.

Continues Feedback: This is very important as it keeps your prospectus focused and motivated. From time to time, remind them of their goal and help them to work out a plan. Remind them of the wonderful things that await them in PPGDI. Use your example to show them how PPGDI has changed your life.

Appreciation and Thanking: Appreciate your down line for the efforts put in by them; use positive language and applaud them for their efforts. Thank the Team Leader DAWN for its system, its friendly market plans. A small message to your down-lines once in a week could motivate them to work for the next level and to show them that you as an up-line are always there to support and guide them.

Attending Webinar and Knowledge of Business:Teach your down-lines to attend all the Webinar regularly. To have full knowledge of the business is a must ? it is the surest way to achieve success.

Qualities of a Leader: Exhibit the qualities of a leader and see to it that your down-lines inspire their prospects and help them to achieve their dreams. This is a key to build your network ? to work like a team. No matter how big your team is, all should work together and help the cross-lines as well. This quality of helping your cross-lines will enhance your positive reputation among your success-lines.
