I AIN'T Seriously Political, So What The Hell Was I Doing In Washington DC Last Sunday?

 LIVING MY LIFE OF LOVE FOR PLANET EARTH, THAT'S WHAT!!! :)

 I can't believe that EARTH DAY is now 40 years young and that I was a hot- to- trot teenager when it was created!

 Yesterday's Earth Day Rally on the Capitol Mall seemed like a weird kind of dream for me...

 There I was among 200,000 plus people ( A whole lot of them weren't even a gleam in their parent's eyes back in 1970...) that were doing some concerned partying,  whilst learning just what the heck their crazier and older Brothers and Sisters were up to with this "Earth Day " thing.

 Well, I must say that I was very impressed with some of these young folk,  many of whom showed a lot of the energetic creativity that manifested itself in signs, chants and clever "Tweets " from their cell phones (shown on the Jumbo-tron screens),  even though some of us older folks noticed a little less "Soul " in the rallyers than we seemed to remember.

 Hell, nobody bothered to get "Nekkid " even!

 You'd think that with most college and universities sporting gyms that are State- Of - The - Art ($$$) these days, at least a few of these modern hard bodies would have jumped at the chance to show some skin for Planet Earth.... LOL! :)

 But seriously, I hope that the message did reach it's intended destination... When you look at the videos, you'll see a lot of entertainment-- please enjoy the noise as you make a pledge to... REMEMBER YOUR MOTHER! :)
