What about death dread which Four dread for falling, when people have 8 hope, 12 hope or 20 hope. Why bother having the mechanic if it has no effect? So no, it wasn't about casuals being greedy or wargs getting preferential treatment. Here have huge Lotro Gold store, buy it if you need.

It was nice while it lasted, but in all honesty, it's better to lose a small buff than end up with a wildly unbalanced game in the future. As told, Radiance was an over powering boost to the combat capabilities of characters for normal content and many regular instances in Lotro. For example, you are facing hope wipes and heavy dread.

People with enough radiance gear: Who cares about hope wipes when it is a permanent from your gear. No dread effects. No disaster on hope wipe. If you got enough hope and radiance you got a big buff.

Similar issues with any other content. Turbine not going to allow a portion of the player bass to roll the content because it is super easy for them. Their choices are: Amp up all content so that radiance gear is required to do everything. Nerf the snot out of it for non-raid instances. Our Lotro powerleveling is the best choice if you have no time for your character.

This is the same option used with fellowship maneuvers. Having figured that well trained teams were tearing their content apart via fms. Regular folks were have a challenge because they could do fms. Fms got nerfed.
