Casting and Recasting Time in Age of Conan
The casting time for each of the big heals unfeated is one second. The Recast is 30 seconds, but keep in mind that the debuff lasts on everyone you affected with Adrenaline Surge/Radiant Glow/Vitalizing Jolt for a whole 60 seconds. However, that does not mean you can not cast the spell again in 30 seconds. If a character in AOC walks into the area that you used the big heal after you casted it and they do not have the debuff.
You can heal them with the big heal as soon as the cooldown is up. You can also do this without worrying about refreshing anyone's debuff, that's including your own or someone else of your respective class in game(AOC powerleveling). If that was not clear. Example: TankA needs a big heal. You cast it and heal them up.
TankB is across the room out of the 8m radius and also needs a big heal. You are the only one of your class(AoC Gold) in the group/raid so in 30 seconds, you can move to TankB and give them your big heal. Note: because you have the debuff from healing TankA you will not be healed when you heal TankB.
