Why limit listing Real Estate Locally?

I network on LinkedIn and was thanked for expanding the ideal of listing real estate for sale to the International Community.

The member wanted to expand real estate listings on a limited advertisement budget.  I suggested she use classifieds to advertise to the International Community, since people migrate from country to country as well as locally.

Individuals in the International community finance their childrens' education in different parts of the World and they need a place to live.   International students do not always live on campus; some rent and buy houses.

Service members in different countries also move their families close to their station of duty; thus, also need houses for their families.
