Hi ALL! The purpose of this blog is to let you all know just HOW IMPORTANT having GOOD anti virus software on your pc is. I am NO EXPERT in this but my friend Jen(nomorehackers) can REALLY STEER you in the right direction if you are having these kind of problems. Don't worry you will NOT get a sales pitch from her. I know her pretty well and she has GOOD business ethics. LOOK we ALL have some sort of biz here but THAT is NOT why I wrote this. I want to SHARE what happened to me and it caused me to be away from here for a bit FIXING things.
Here goes, I was blogging and I THOUGHT my youtube acct and blogspot accts were SUSPENDED because of devious censorship practices by gov'y officials. THAT was NOT the case. What happened is my anti virus software went haywire and I got ALL KINDS of garbage on my machine(it's ALL GONE now). How I discovered this is while I had PROBLEMS w/youtube etc my wife was happily enjoying vids on youtube on her pc. So I asked her to pull up my link(which I could NOT do). Wham it popped right up on her machine. o I KNEW I had a PROBLEM.
Next thing I did was a little check I learned from a c/s rep from one of my ISP's(I DO NOT reccommend this). I temporarily disabled my anti virus software and THEN clicked my youtube link. WALLA! It popped up. This told me the anti virus software was no good. So for the last couple of days I've been cleaning my pc with a MUCH better anti virus software program and it even goes into dos to clean whenever I reboot(it manages to find and DESTROY trojans,worms etc. EVERY time). So that is what I have been doing and things seem to be working fine now. Take care of yourself AND YOUR PC. Karl
