I love this movie!  It is such a trip!  If you haven't seen it, do it now!







There was once a woman of constant sorrow.  Even as a kid.  YES A LITTLE KID...and CHOSE to live in that sorrow! 

And it came with me along and followed me (oops I gave it away)...until now!

My last article brought up a lot of feedback, and I appreciate every one of them.  If you missed it, check it out HERE!


My whole life I was controlled.  Controlled by fear, hatred, resentment, jealousy....ect. 
My life was slightly also controlled by faith, love, hope, dreams...ect.  But with my constant sorrow, no wonder I was being stalked by all the 'bad'.  And not much of the 'good'.

Letting go is a hard thing to do.  That is the primary change that I am having to make. 

There are so many bad things in our lives, that we THINK are good. 

WRONG

If it doesn't make you smile, if it doesn't make you have that feeling of enjoyment.  Guess what?  Time to let go!

You own your body...so therefore YOU OWN YOUR THOUGHTS!  So guess what!?!  It is time to start taking control of them!



Where does the primary control in our lives originate?

HUMAN  ~   BEING

Human~ Takes responsibility for the individual thought

Being~  Directs the thought inward and causes our body to manifest actions which create our results in life.

The Basis of life is Absolute FREEDOM!!

The Purpose of Life is Absolute JOY!!

You are probably asking......
How can I do this when all around me is pure misery?  I can't go anywhere because of the price of gas?  My wife/husband is driving me crazy?  I am sick, I was just diagnosed with an incurable disease?  And so on.


So TODAY....let's start with REPLACING those thoughts with GREEN THOUGHTS!. 

HOW!?!?!?!?!


Starting with GRATITUDE!  Be thankful for what you have PRESENTLY!!!!!

We are programmed (by the world around us) to live in the PAST and for the FUTURE. Guess what!?!  We are meant to live in the PRESENT!  And how you feel and see your self today, will be your future.  Guess what?  The PAST is there to build up on.  It can not be taken away, but is to be EXPANDED!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery....but TODAY IS A GIFT!  LIVE FOR IT!




Shift your focus on what makes YOU HAPPY. 
Make your day TODAY!
