How to find Backlinks with PR(pagerank)

How to find back-links to your website that have page rank.

As most are well aware gaining back-links to your website or blog helps in the ranking of your sites with the search engines.

There are a couple of crucial points to be mindful of when seeking back links.

The first is that if the site has "0" page rank then there's not a lot of benefit gained by having a link from that site pointing to yours. This is because sites with '0' page ranks are generally not considered to be authority sites by the search engines.

Secondly theres simply not much point having a link to your site that is unrelated content. Another words, if your sites about golf carts, and you have a link from a site about raising children theres no real value for the person who clicks the link to your site. The way the search engines work they look for theme's/related content when considering/assessing the merit of the link.

Another way to look at this is if your site sells antique golf clubs and you have a link from a site that promotes corn chowder, the chance of getting a sale from someone clicking the link to your site is - well not very likely.

So when targeting sites from which you can back link try to make sure there is obvious correlation between the two sites and that the site you are linking from has page rank.

Heres a link to a video which walks you through the process of how to find quality back-links.
