Actually, manual TE brings a HUGE amount of visitors that see Your site. The fall through for me have been excellent. Then again, ït depends on the TE You are using, and the amount of time (money or clicks) You put into it.
All in all, the percentege of signups and sells for me are, generally speking better at TE's than at any other way of promoting things. Except maybe for APsense. ;)

my question,do you guys think traffic exchange really work for business promoting or anyone will sign up for your business just by viewing the website 15-20 sec?
my experience told me that posting business at free classified ads will get much more better result than traffic exchange,and i found it's true!
