Oprah Gets Her Own TV Network And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt! LOL!

The 'Sympathy Vampires" that abound on today's talk shows are all because of her successes... a TV pill for every kind of Dis-Ease!

Yeah, Right! There is great danger in turning away from your own Innate Power, and giving time and attention to 'Talking and Stalking Heads" on TV...

I don't like the fact that she played on other people's problems for sympathy. Go back to the early 80's when she first started her talk show career and it was too often a case people sharing their problems when Oprah would jump in and tell her own sob story. The focus was not on helping the guests cope but what she could milk it for.

And even today Oprah seems to do things based on "What can this do for Oprah?" rather than what can Oprah do for someone else.

I've gotten strange looks from people who are Oprah Zombies.... A Chicagoan who doesn't worship Oprah? LOL!

Cheryl, she had the luckiest of breaks one could ever imagine... Something like that should happen to everyone, and maybe one day it will... I just work as hard as I can for myself and my Clients to make things happen...

It would be great have Oprah's or Trump's kind of money, but I really appreciate MY OWN MONEY, every cent of it earned by my hand, and skills.

Believe it or not I happen to like the Oprah skits on MADTV (which is where they got the idea for this in the first place) better than Oprah. She made the "IT" list a long time ago with me. She's not exactly one of my idols if you know what I mean. But I give her credit for her accomplishments even if I don't agree with her methods. She should stick to acting.

I'd say that the real scene from her TV show with Tom Cruise was just as funny as this skit! :)

BTW: I think that in the 20-Something years of her show, I've only seen about maybe 10 shows tops... I really don't like TV that I can't control.

This is a funny scene from Scary Movie4... All of them were super funny-- They made me laff so hard that I had to pause the DVD until I composed myself!

The last thing that I need in the Marketing Business is a dose of shyness! My customers would go into a state of shock! LOL! :)
