Hi Mizrae,
Simply go to MKWVideos.com and search for the type of video you want, then when you select it, you will see the code to embed into your posts in the box below the video. Copy all the code in the box, go to your post and click on the HTML tab in the lower right corner and paste the code into the post where you want to palce it.
