What you need to know about New Zealand!
The pictures did not turn out please visit my blog where I can post the graphics.
My Lazzeo Gallery
New Zealand is
where I live, I live in the Heart of the Waikato.
I am taking a friends Advice today and showing you around my beautiful country.
New Zealand is sometimes known as Aotearoa, Land of the long white cloud
which is named by the Maoris that found New Zealand.
We have the most beautiful Sunsets, this is a sample of what you will see at
nite time on a clear nite.
We have so much to offer in Such a Small Country.
Rotorua has to be one of my favourite holiday destinations, it smells like sulphur
but you can see why, all the mud pools and thermal activity.
This place I visit as often as I can, spa pools everywhere, great place to relax.
We have many old buildings and quite new ones also. The whole town is just
a great place to have a break, I wish I could go there today, its only 1.5 hours
away from where I live, awesome fun.
The Beaches here are just busy in Summer, I think they have to be part of
the best about New Zealand, swimming in the ocean water.
Sometimes the water looks blue other times it looks green. A beach like this we would
swing out a Surf Caster and go fishing now thats one of our great pass times also, my
family and I just recently had a holiday and did lots of fishing on a beach that looks very
similar to the one above. oh good times.
When you hit Wellington which is 10 hours driving approximately from where I am
you will cross to the South Island on a Ferry.
You cross with your Car/Van or Truck to get to the South Island then you land in
Picton, I have done this by aeroplane, as it takes 3-4 days of driving and I only
had one week off with one of my visits. I guess I should feel very lucky that
I have all this at my doorstep, I look at the pictures and know it does look exactly
like they are showing, yes no picture touch ups.
Yes
it is what you look at while crossing, many tourist hire a motor home
and travel around, it is stated to be the best way to see our country At least now you
can save some dollars and use your imagination that you are right here relaxing.
Well if it was just relaxing It would be wonderful, we just had our Politicians Change
around parliment and let one guy that beat on another Parliment member get a punch.
Over here you get dismissed at work if you punch another employee so most of the
country have a problem with this.
This is where they think up some of there ideas.
The
Beehive is our Partliment Building In Wellington.
This
is one of the best places in New Zealand for skiing.
Our Whole country has a strong Rural feel but as you have seen there is much to share,
our cities are beautiful and the one I live in has much history which for me as a creative
person this is wonderful.
I am a very proud citizen of New Zealand I absolutely think of this place as my home.
We have pressures just like you all. We have schooling for our Children. Motor Vehicles
to get around. Homes to live in with quite good size back yards.
We are a trypical New Zealand Family, Dad, Mum, 2 Children and Dog and Cat.
So welcome to my world.

Hi Lisa, It's Lisa!
I looked at your beautiful pictures,on Lazzeo. Wow, New Zealand is beutiful. We wanted to take a vacation there, 3 years ago, but we were told that July was not the best time of the year to travel to New Zealand. What months do you recommend? I wold still love to come visit there. That parcicular year, we wound up going to Costa Rica, which I also recommend!

Hi Jerry,
Yes lord of the rings was shot here, mainly in the South Island.
The piano too was done here. They both helped put us on the
map.
Thankyou

Thanks for the New Zealand Tour Lisa. The photos on your blog are amazing.
I had no idea that there was such a great diversity of landscape. Golden beaches and then the thermal activity and the falls are all such a contrast.
Someone send me an airline ticket - I want to go visiting!
