My affinity with the Food and Beverage industry has really been a benefit to me in my business life. Somehow, the thought of going without a good wine session seems like it would be more frightening then anything else around Halloween- which to me is the start of "Wine Season for Drinkers"...
November, December, January, Febuary and Early March, bring many festive holidays for many folks (I celebrate New Year on November 1st) and with the abundance of good foods served-- That where Wine (and Spirits) step forward into their deserved spotlights! :)
If there was ever a time of the year to start sampling and tasting the Good Stuff, those months are IT!
Since this blog catagory was empty- ( I, like Nature, abhor a vaccume)... I'll be blogging about my tastings and so on, and looking for the responses of like minded people...
After all, in a population of 14, 000 people, I simply can't be the ONLY ONE who loves to eat and drink! :)
