More From A Reluctant Salesperson

Must be becoming cynical about this marketing stuff in my old age - seems that just about every opportunity I get an email about makes me go "Hah, what a heap of garbage!"

Is it just me, or do others get that way too?

Reading between the lines with many of these ads/emails, it's not hard to see that they are blatant scams.    Unfortunately, many good programs are hidden in the undergrowth, and are ignored, because they don't have the attraction of the "Get Rich In 30 Days" type of site.

My pet hate are the programs which promise you free information, or a free website, then when you got to the site, ask you for cash.   This is false advertising, isn't it?    If it is offered as free, then it should be free.

In my opinion, some of the better programs are those that tell you a little effort is needed to get anywhere.   I don't believe in getting something for nothing, although I do admit it would be nice!

If you don't work at a program, you're going to get absolutely nowhere with it.    "Nothing comes from nothing", is one of my favourite sayings, at it really does apply very well to quite a lot of things online.

"Get Paid For Doing Nothing" sites seem to be popping up everywhere lately - how much do they pay?   Probably a big fat ZERO!    If I'm wrong, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm still a reluctant salesperson, and it seems as if I'm going to stay that way - no ripping people off, no offers of huge incomes - couldn't live with myself if I did those things.

The program I promote is honest, and doesn't offer false promises.   It does offer you the chance to make some income online, but you have to be willing to work at it.   It helps if you're a team player also.   If you are, you'll be welcomed with open arms, and you'll get all the support and help you need.
