Image A little background on why I am writing on this topic.
I was treated rudely offline in a shop today.

(You see I do analyse and think on many topics, being in my
position you must think reality and clearly with being open
minded.)

My experience was not really anything serious but it did get me
thinking, do we want to be treated well when joining a group
or do we survive with the philosophy "beat or be beaten",
"be the toughest to reach the top".(you don't want to know
the New Zealand saying for this, its a bit like, rip your head off
and ....... ..........  .....  neck, not nice). Do we have to stand to
be counted or wilt like a whimp?  Is not taking on confrontational
situations good or bad?

For me I believe being treated with Dignity and Respect
with no put downs is better than being at the end of
someones bad mood, temper.

Is professionalisim to you meaning you stay professional all
the way and not take on arguements?

I am not saying you have to agree, I am just asking how
you would deal with a person to display great service?

I want to know if you think service is extremely important?

I know for myself if I went to a shop and got yelled at or
treated rudely I would not return.  Are we doing the same
on the internet?

Service is the reason I return to a shop, (bad service is why
I am not returning to that shop again).  In a city you have
a choice of whom you spend your money with or time.

Do you think the internet must take on the philosophy of
good service?

Can we afford to have good people walk away by bad service?

I will let you ponder.
