Iam a fitness trainer. I started to trian when i was 17. I know yoga, mass training, weight gain, weight lose. I want to take experiance as well as share my experiance here in apsense about fitness. From me you can take experiance to grow abs and to lose weight.
Today in this world of stress we need to exersixe in some form and i would love to hear from the users here that waht they do for fitness.
