Real Coaching Radio kicks off their new format of shows about LIFE BALANCE and it's seven segments of Health, Finances, Relationships, Personal Growth, Physical Environment, Career and Spiritual Well-being with a candid interview about how to create relationships on Social Community sites with two industry experts Jim Lupkin, CEO-Co-Founder and Daryl Snyder, VP-Co-Founder of Ojezz.com.

The show started by Coach Steve reading a very powerful quote from Jim Lupkin's personal page on Ojeez.com to illustrate how being creative with our description of whom we may want to meet can have a profound effect on the readers getting who we really are: "I would love to have breakfast with the late Bruce Lee and talk about philosophy. Running late, I would head to lunch to meet the souls of all the people in the world to ask them, "Why do you let your body endure the daily grind of life when you could be chasing your dreams?" Of course running late once again, I would head to a french restaurant and dine with our creator. For dessert I would like to meet up with you and laugh."

The show continued with these two experts describing their backgrounds and what led them to get together to start Ojeez.com. The show is archived in our widget for 60 days and also available indefinitely on iTunes.
