This chart shows the pH value of various beverages.  Your body REQUIRES a pH balance of 7.5 to maintain life.  Not just health, but life itself is dependent upon your pH being balanced!

We all know about pH balance in our shampoos, and many of us are careful to use products that are pH blanced, but did you realize that your body pH is so delicate that a deviation on either end of the scale; acid or alkaline, could be fatal?  Shouldn't we be at least as careful about what we put into our bodies as we are about what we use to clean our hair?

Our diets are primarily acidic.  In order for our body to remain at the critical 7.5 pH level, it needs to compensate.  In other words, your body will TAKE calcium from your bones and teeth to neutralize the acids that you put into it.

By consuming acidic foods and beverages, you are placing your health at risk!  In addition, many of these beverages fail to properly hydrate your body.  In fact, some of them actually contribute to dehydration.

Did you know that 3/4 of Americans are seriously dehydrated?

Learn more about how to hydrate your body at the cellular level!  Replace your highy acidic beverages with a highly alkaline beverage and your body will perform better.
