Have you ever joined or seen ad's for multi level marketing programs, which declare, quite proudly, how they have 15 Down levels and how your income will grow forever! ?
Well let me point out a few snags, with this so called unbelievable rags to riches mlm story.
They, as in those who started the program, rely on the fact, that most people can't count or don't bother to!
'Course I can count' I can hear the chorus of marketers chanting in unison!
Can you count to 9 billion? Why! Because that's how many people there is on the planet, Earth that is!
So, you get 50 people, for example say, to begin a mlm program, those 50 people recruit 20 people each, thats 2nd downline = 1000 people
Those 1000 people recruit 20 people each, thats third downline = 20,000 people
Those 20,000 people recruit 20 people each, thats fourth downline = 400,000 people.
Fifth downline = 8000,000 Sixth downline = 160,000,000
Need I go on, I think by now you've got the picture. Those 50 at the top get rich!
There may be 9 billion people on the planet, but, how many are on the internet and what's more important, How many are marketers willing to join 'the program'.
This is the usual strategy of mlm. Only those at the top make the big money.
The rest of the poor sods are paying them.
Well that's the bad side of mlm., Some, and only some are far more fair and are only too glad to share the profit with all who join, and put a little effort into it,
