Denied Emotions Prevent Your Heart Desires From Manifesting...
Good morning!
I asked just now what to talk about here and got 'importance of working through denied emotions'.
Denied, unresolved emotions clog up our energy field because they emit frequencies that reflect how we feel. It doesn't matter how good a face we put on things, our frequency always tells the truth.
The solution?
Pay attention to your emotions. Pay attention to how you feel as often as you can during each and every day. Then clear enough 'love self' time to allow your emotions to express, dissolve and guide you to your own unique solution of whatever's bugging you.
Your emotions are a marvellous, reliable internal guidance system that you've had from the time you were born. We all fully felt, accepted and expressed our feelings as babies and as children growing up. Many of us were taught, over time, to keep a lid on these emotions. To 'buck up'. To be 'mature'.
Emotions never lie. They're at the heart of what's bugging us. Following the path, the trail, the breadcrumbs your emotions provide leads you to not only delve deeply into what's bugging you for REAL answers but helps you trust yourself and your process much more deeply.
Trust you. Trust your emotions.
Love yourself.
