101 flats alloted at Vipul’s Aarohan project in Gurgaon

Vipul Limited, a real estate developer in Gurgaon has witnessed a good response to the launch of its new project named ‘Aarohan’ at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.

 

This represents more than 26 per cent of the 382 apartments it had opened for sale in the very first phase of the project. The value of the apartments which have been sold is in excess of 303 crores.

About project Aarohan:

The name of the project is ‘Aarohan’, a Sanskrit word which means to ascend or to rise. Aarohan constitutes 3 iconic towers with 4 apartments on each floor in each tower in the first phase. The total area estimated shall be 0.9 mn sq. ft. of premium residential space in the first phase.

 

The project would comprise facilities like landscaped intermediate terraces, a sky deck, amphitheater, modern security solutions encompassing CCTV surveillance in complex, synchronized fire fighting systems and heat and smoke detectors.

 

Punit Beriwala, Managing Director of of Vipul Ltd. said that they were happy by the response from the customers to the launch of their flagship project in Gurgaon.
