2 - Nayantara’s Necklace: Nayantara’s Necklace is a short film directed by Jaydeep Sarkar and stars Konkana Sen Sharma and Tillotama Shome. It is about a friendship between two women from different backgrounds and their aspirations, dreams, and the twists and turns in their stories.
3 - Ahalya: Ahalya is a short film in Bengali, directed by Sojoy Ghosh, featuring Radhika Apte. Bengali short film starring Radhika Apte. A policeman visits a house to investigate a case of a missing person. The house belongs to an old artist with a very beautiful young wife, Ahalya. Things soon take a very unexpected and surprising turn.
4 - Afterglow: Afterglow is a short film directed by Kaushal Oza, featuring Anahita Overoi and Sohram Ardeshir. The short is about a Parsi widow, Meher, who is still coming to terms with the death of her husband Minocher’s death. On the tenth death anniversary, visitors come to offer their fake sympathies.
5 - That Day After Every day: Directed by Anurag Kashyap, That Day After Everyday is a short film about eve teasing. The short focuses on the lives of three women who get eve-teased daily by some roadside goons. Highlighting the tough reality of the lives of women in the modern world, this film gives you a shock when you are not expecting it and keeps you watching till the very end. The short film stars Radhika Apte and Sandhya Mridul.
6 - Taandav: Taandav is a short film directed by Devashish Makhija and featuring the actor Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role. Manoj plays the role of a head constable, Tamble. The character is going through a stressful phase in his personal as well as work life. His wife and daughter aren’t talking to him, his colleagues don’t like a decision he made, and now he is on a night duty during Ganpati Visarjan. The people, the loud music, noise, a fight that breaks out… all of this leads to an eruption that takes the form of a Taandav.
7 - Teaspoon: Teaspoon is a short film directed by Aban Bharucha Deohans. The film is about Kavita, a married woman whose husband, Rajiv, travels a lot for work. Kavita has to stay home to take care of her husband’s paralyzed father-in-law, who bangs a teaspoon on the bedpost to call her, a habit which she hates. However, Rajiv doesn’t understand this as the father never does this when he’s at home. Things soon escalate leading to a fight and an extremely disturbing end.
8 - Anukul: Anukul is a short film directed by Sujoy Ghosh, and starring Parambrata Chatterjee and Saurabh Shukla. It is based on Satyajit Ray’s short story of the same name.
It is set in a society when robots are appointed as household servants. A school teacher, Nikunj Chaturvedi, buys a robot named Anukul. Anukul becomes a major part of Nikunj’s life, doing a lot of household tasks and learning by observing human behavior. After a few dramatic events, his relationship with the owner evolves in many ways as he starts questioning humans and their morality.
9 - El’ayichi: El’ayichi is a short film directed by Devashish Makhija, starring Nimrat Kaur, Divyendu Sharma, and Vibha Chibber. It is a love story that lasts even beyond death. Nimrat plays the role of a woman who is irritated and annoyed due to her dead husband who is clingy constantly present with her. Watch the husband ruin every moment of hers in this hilarious romantic comedy.
10 – Interior Café Night:
Interior Café Night is a short film directed by Adhiraj Bose, featuring actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Shernaz Patel, Naveen Kasturia and Shweta Prasad. It a story of love, loss, and reunion, depicted in such a way, with the background of a little café, leaving you wanting for more.
