Finding an office space can be anexciting challenge for a company. You need to consider what type of office you want, what location your business will thrive in, and what area your employees will enjoy working in before you sign the lease on a new office. There are also some important transportation factors you should think about now, before you get too far along in the office searching process.

Proximity to Public Transportation

Many people are no longer fans of driving to work. The price of owning and driving a car can often be too expensive for your employees to manage. This is one of the reasons why so many people turn to public transportation to get them to work. However, if you choose an office in an inconvenient or remote location, you could cause pretty big headaches for your employees. Establishing an office in a place that is inaccessible by public transportation can also cause excellent potential employees who do not drive to consider other employment opportunities.

It is best to choose an office that is close or a very short distance away from accessible public transportation.
