Many students identify with games, sports and workout as their key to release stress. Likewise, some students indulge in art, mediation, yoga and music to beat stress and manage themselves.

•    Support Groups: There are several stress management support groups that helps students to deal with their stress. In fact, being social and opening up is good enough to deal with stress.
