Halloween is a time to dress up in a costume, go out trick or treating, give out candy and attend a Halloween party. With all of that said, Halloween is also a time when people like to scare others and like to be scared in return. People have always had an infatuation with getting scared, and there is no better time than Halloween.

Many have taken notice of this and host special Halloween haunt events every year. Some cities, organizations and amusement parks put together haunted houses that people have to walk through. There are ghosts, goblins, witches and other frightful creatures that will scare guests while they are walking through. Of all the haunted houses and other scary events out there, there is no event that can compare to the Knotts Scary Farm Halloween Haunt put on every year by the Knott's Berry Farm theme park. People enjoy getting scared and remember those moments for several months.

Throughout the year, Knott's Berry Farm is a regular theme park with over thirty thrilling rides, games and entertainment. About a month before Halloween, the theme park has special selected nights when the park transforms itself into the Knotts Scary Farm Halloween Haunt. When a person first enters the park, they will immediately get strange feelings as the park is filled with haze that is produced by giant fog machines. To make matters worse, the park is filled with witches, clowns, vampires, goblins and many other monsters that will appear out of nowhere. They will be prowling around the park and have the ultimate goal of scaring guests as much as they can.

The scary creatures at the Knotts Halloween Haunt look very realistic. Although, there are other amusement parks that put on Halloween haunts, none of them do a job that is nearly as good as the Knotts Scary. This is why it has grown a reputation as being a place that a person has to visit at least once.

There are many scary mazes that guests can go through during their visit. Some of these mazes include the Doll Factory, Pinocchio Unstrung Maze, Uncle Willie's Slaughterhouse, Mirror Mirror, Trick or Treat and many more. There are usually ten mazes each year, and the park will frequently change the ones that will be part of the Halloween haunt that particular year. In these mazes, guests will have to walk through the entrance until they get to the exit. While in there, there will be monsters that fit the theme of the maze that will scare the heck out of them. Anyone will have a good time when visiting the park. Many people have made it a yearly tradition to visit the Knotts Halloween Haunt.
