·         Copy the file name .xlsx in C drive so that you can get the file easily

·         Run the command prompt

·         Then using renames command, ‘rename filename.xlsx filename.xls, change file extension name to xls

·         Open the file in excel

Method 4:

1.       Even using the below mentioned methods, you can repair your Office program:

2.       Hit on start option and select control panel, select programs and features

3.       Now hit on office program which you want to repair and select on change
