I honestly don't know if or not or how often you check (my Blogs on GreenWin! or your GreenWin! Backoffice, if you're a member already. So, I don't know if you know about this here already or not. But I find it interesting and actually exciting enough to make sure you get it "the personlized" way and rather once too much than once too less. So, you don't tell me afterwards "Why haven't you told me?"... lol

Anyway... it's actually a lot to read, the longest Update I have ever seen by GreenWin!/SQIP/Christian Fortune in the last three years since SQIP started.

But it's worth it reading every single letter until the very end!

So, here you go:

INTRODUCTION

Hello,

My name is Christian and I am one of the co founders of the GreenWin group of companies.

My role has been to create the business models, management systems and joint ventures that will take the GreenWin services and products to many millions of potential end users.

GreenWin Network is just one of many reseller companies that will soon be promoting a growing range of services being delivered by GreenWin Corp.

I am updating you today to introduce a new project that I am creating.

I am in the process of creating an offshore capital management and private equity investment fund.

The fund will begin its operations before the end of September.

Please read the following info carefully as you will automatically have a place in the fund.

The fund: The fund will be licensed to accept deposits from member investors. The fund will invest capital / equity into building a diverse structured portfolio of holdings.

The fund will be looking to take short, medium and long term positions. The goal is to create positive cash flow combined with very healthy equity growth. We will achieve this through a diverse model of investing in what I call ''cash cow'' companies combined with investments in sustainable longer term equity growth opportunities.

We will be leaning towards a balanced mix of GreenTech and Green innovation combined with DotComs and offline businesses.

I was in Sweden last week to negotiate an initial 10% holding in GreenWin Corp and 10% holding in GWN.

The fund will have an option to take another 10% of GWC.

We have already identified several other opportunities that the fund can invest in.

But this will just be the beginning.

As the fund grows, our portfolio will include dozens and then hundreds of holdings in multiple companies and opportunities.

I am putting together a team of very experienced managers who will run the day to day operations, do the compliance and due diligence as well as identify opportunities that meet our criteria for green / ethical investments.

You will also have the opportunity to propose suitable investment opportunities to the fund and be rewarded for it should the proposal be successful.

Example: a member introduces a project that needs investment. Should that project be successful in receiving the required investment from the equity fund, the member who introduced the project would receive a finders fee of 5% of the invested money.

But please do not submit anything at this time. The fund web site will be published in September and will have a section for submissions.

Profit Sharing: Members of the fund who have made deposits into the fund will receive profit share from cash flow coming back into the fund from holdings producing profits and / or the fund selling off equity.

The goal is to achieve a regular income for members from investments made.

Profit share distribution is calculated on an equity point and time in the fund basis.

We should be able to achieve a regular 90 day profit distribution back to members. But you need allow some time for the portfolio to build and produce positive cash flow.

Affiliate Program: The fund will have its own affiliate program that allows anyone to join as an affiliate for free.

There is no obligation to invest in the fund as an affiliate.

Free members receive commission when any of their direct referrals do invest in the fund. This means that free members can receive commissions from their 1^st level only.

Members who opt to make a monthly subscription to the fund will receive commissions from up to 8 levels deep with unlimited members in each level.

The monthly subscription is not an obligation. You only do that when you are ready to do so.

Subscriptions: The monthly subscription will be 100 Euros. The 100 Euros is split with 40 going into your fund account and 30 going towards paying up line commissions. The compensation plan has been structured to generate motivating profits from day one.

Example: Money remaining in the commission pool will be used to reward leaders. Full details will be on the fund web site.

Members can take as many subscriptions as and when they wish.

Deposits: Members can also top up their account(s) as and when they wish with single deposits payments. The minimum deposit at any time is 100 Euros. There will be no maximum limit on the number of deposits you can make or the amount of each deposit.

All deposits generate commissions.

All commissions are residual which means you get paid every time anyone in your 1^st level makes a deposit or takes a subscription. And if you have become a subscribed member to the fund you would receive commissions from 8 levels deep.

Income possibilities: The opportunity and scope to build and generate a significant cash income is being offered to you.

You need very few subscribed members or members making deposits within your referral network to make enough cash commission to cover your own subscription(s) or give you cash to make additional deposits.

Referral Network: The entire GWN referral network will be copied and pre integrated into the equity fund affiliate program. So if you already have a GWN network you can get off to a flying start with the equity fund. But even if you don't have a network, this business opportunity gives you the chance to get in at the beginning and build positive cash flow and profits from the fund investments. The referral network will grow very quickly due to the highly attractive income possibilities that the fund offers.

Back Office: The fund will have its own web site. You will have a referral link to use. This referral link is not the same as your GWN link. It will be a new referral link to be used only for the equity fund.

You will use your GWN user name and password to log in to the equity fund back office. This new back office is fantastic with several amazing features including placing key members into different levels and positions for strategic growth.

The back office will be fully integrated with the referral network and payment systems. We will continue to use AlertPay for now to transfer your commission payments. The option to use commissions to purchase more equity points in the fund is also there. Everything will be fully automated for you.

PEPs: The fund will use the Private Equity Points method for tracking and calculating your portion of the profit share generated by the fund.

GreenWin Stakeholders and GreenWin Corp Shareholders: You need to read this next bit of info very carefully.

If you have opted to have your GWN PEPs which have already been converted into shares in GWC and held in the pooled depot account; You do not need to do anything more.

I have already negotiated for 20 million shares to be transferred to the equity fund.

The PEPs you have owned in GWN will be transferred to your new PEP account with the equity fund.

The more PEPs you have the more you will benefit from the equity fund.

Whenever you make a deposit or subscribe to the equity fund, your PEP balance will increase.

Having the PEPs transferred to the equity fund and the shares in GWC owned by the equity fund gives you a huge advantage. Your advantage is that you will share in and benefit from every future investment that the equity fund owns.

This is leveraging your PEPs multiple times without diluting their value to you.

By doing this I have created a win / win situation for everyone.

I was also able to increase the equity holding in both GWN and GWC by a further 4% taking both up to a full 10%.

Now pay attention; if you have opted to have the shares in GWC transferred to your own broker account you will not be able to have any PEPs transferred to the equity fund.

You have a choice and it is a simple one.

Either own your own shares directly in GWC in your own broker account or have them pooled together in the equity fund account and have your GWN PEPs transferred to the equity account.

The advantages of structuring your investment this way are many and obvious. But do take time to consider your position.

Here is what you need to do next.

In the subject field write: I WANT MY GWC SHARES

In the message field write your GreenWin user name. You do not need to write anything else.

Your shares will be transferred to your broker account if they have not already been transferred.

If you are opting to keep your own GWC shares in your own broker account, you can of course still make deposits and / or subscribe to the equity fund. You just will not have your original PEPs transferred into your equity fund account.

Purchasing PEPs: You can purchase PEPs now to add to your PEP account. Please use the existing GWN account at AlertPay for now. The equity fund will have its own AlertPay account soon as well as bank accounts where deposits can be transferred.

Bonus PEPs: For a limited time only you can purchase PEPs and get a 100% matching bonus. That is 200 PEPs for every 100 PEPs you purchase.

Your equity points will be transferred to the equity fund account system in September.

The more PEPs you have in the equity fund at the official launch of the equity fund, the more profit share you will be participating in from all future investments the equity fund makes.

The PEPs will be transferred to the equity fund on a ratio of 1:1.

The equity fund will own 20 million shares in GWC which represents 10% of the total issued class B shares and 10% of GWN.

This means that your original PEPs have been leveraged to secure more shares in GWC and will be leveraged multiple times into new investments that the equity fund makes.

At this point I would like to respectfully remind you that having the opportunity to get into a private equity fund usually requires an invitation and at least a 5 figure entry qualification.

This opportunity opens the door for you to participate in the exciting world of private equity investments.

What is the advantage to me in actively participating in the equity fund?

There are several real advantages. Not least is the 8 level deep compensation plan that can generate significant cash income from your referral efforts. Keep in mind that there are millions of potential members out there who will subscribe and will be delighted to be involved with the equity fund. The fact is that equity funds are usually very profitable due to their risk management and diversified spread of holdings.

What is the goal or targets of the fund?

A balanced portfolio of short, medium and long term holdings. By building a structured, diversified portfolio with strict money management rules, the fund can grow into a very healthy asset as part of your overall private investment portfolio or it can be the foundation and corner stone of your investment future if you are just starting out.

Where does GreenWin fit into all of this ?

If GWC and by default GWN are projected to be so profitable why not simply invest everything into those projects?

There is limited equity available in those companies. We can purchase more shares in GWC but not enough to absorb the money that will be flowing into the equity fund.

The fund will be investing in a lot more companies than GWC or GWN and a lot of these projects will be just as profitable over time.

A large diversified portfolio is key to the success of the equity fund.

Will I be able to see or know what the fund has invested in?

Yes you will. After due diligence and compliance procedures are completed the fund will make a formal offer of investment to a specific project. If the deal is done you will be able to view the info within the portfolio section of the fund web site. But you will only see info added to the portfolio section of the web site after the investment deal is agreed and signed. You will not see the multiple possible investments that are in process behind the scenes When the deal is done you will get to know about it.

When will I get paid?

Referral network commissions are cleared daily. Profit share payouts from investments will initially be on an 'as and when' received by the fund basis. But this will settle down into a 90 day pay out cycle.

Can I reinvest into the fund at any time?

Yes you can.

Why is this not a ponzi scheme or money game?

The fund will be licensed to accept deposits. The fund is making and holding real investments in real companies that can be checked and verified. A full listing of all investments made with verifiable information will be published on the web site.

The returns from investments will fluctuate year to year. The fund cannot and will never offer a guaranteed return in any year.

When will the fund officially launch?

Before the end of September.

Can I already get into the fund?

Yes you can. You can already purchase Private Equity Points (PEPs) that will be transferred to the equity fund.

You can purchase PEPs via AlertPay. You can use the GWN account at AlertPay for now. That account ID is: support@greenwinnetwork.com

You can also open a support ticket if you would like to have bank wire info.

Please do not send money to the old GWN Barclays bank account in London. This account is closing as GWN is moving all operations to the Philippines.

The minimum purchase via AlertPay is 100 Euros.

The minimum purchase via bank wire is 500 Euros.

Can I take out a subscription now?

No not yet. Please wait for the equity fund web site to be published in September.

Where will I see my PEPs after purchase?

PEPs are displayed in the GWN back office for now. This will change when the equity fund back office is published.

How many PEPS do I actually get when I make a deposit?

You will get the full amount of PEPs equal to the Euro amount you deposit.

If you deposit 100 Euros you will get 100 PEPs plus any bonus on offer at that time.

Does the fund take any fees either from my deposits, commissions or any part of my profit share from investments?

The equity fund has a fee structure that is clear and transparent.

There are no hidden or secret fees. There are no penalties or small print.

The management fee is 30 Euros or 2% of the amount deposited; whichever is the greater. The minimum fee is 30 Euros.

The performance fee is 30% of cleared net profits into the fund.

When will I earn commissions on PEPs in the equity fund?

Commissions on PEPs will be tracked and accrued as of now. But the actual cash can only be credited into your equity fund back office when it goes live in September. After that all commissions will be credited instantly.

The current GWN back office is not designed to track and allocate variable commissions 8 levels deep. So the best we can do right now is keep a record of all purchases and then have those entered into the new back office that the equity fund will use. Not an issue; just some manual work for the equity fund admin team to take care of in September.

Why are you doing this? Why are you bringing all or most of the stakeholders into the equity fund?

This was going to happen anyway. Creating a green equity fund was on the cards for the last 2 years and now is the right time to begin.

Bringing the original stakeholders in GWN into the fund was always my plan. Even if GWN and GWC had been producing profits already, I would still have brought as much of the stakeholders PEPs as they agreed into the equity fund.

What should I be doing now?

Read this info several times. Absorb it, understand it and then take action.

Purchase PEPs. Inform your networks. Prepare for an exciting journey.

If you have already received or requested GWC shares to your own broker account you need to decide what you want to do.

You can continue with that process and not be prefunded in Synergy. You just need to let me know as per the instructions above.
