Personnel Selection (IBPS) shuffled-in many changes in the current Common
Written Examination. Thankfully, there is no change in the IBPS Po syllabus and pattern of the IBPS Po exam. This means that students can use their current study
materials in order to get ready for the impending IBPS Po exams.
The examination’s structure that will be led online include Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Reasoning. The syllabus part of the exam is nearly similar to the clerical except for the section of the Quantitative aptitude exam that includes arithmetic and numerical questions with advanced interpretation of graphs, tables, reasoning and many others. In the syllabus of IBPS PO, the written English test was removed in 2013 when the Institute of Banking Personal selection introduced online examinations.
Since the task of Specialist Officers is to use their taught knowledge in the banking business, there is a special section, apart from Po, Clerk subjects, in the Specialist exam syllabus in order to assess the trained competence of the applicant in Law/Marketing/HR/IT, and other disciplines. The applicants who opt for Law officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari position are required additionally to participate in a GK exam.
Applicants appearing for IBPS RRB exam can select either English/Hindi as the fourth paper if they belong to group A/B states. However, candidates for group C states do not have this option. They must pass the English Language test.
