Fort Myers is one of the top 10 fastest growing cities in the entire US and the metro area is already starting to be developed. Evidence of this is that one of the countries leading home builders has recently announced two new communities to be built.

It is worth noting that these residential plots were selling at their peak at anything between 35,000 – 50,000 US dollars each and it´s easy to see why, with discounts of upto 70% and prices expected to rise to approximately 50% of their previous peak within the next 3 years, investors are keen to stake their claim, sit on a plot for a few years and sell on when the time is right.
