I wonder how it is possible to offer such $ 1,000,000 in gold for such a casual case of fraud related to some dozens thousand dollars. Two questions emerge. Where is the proof showing that such gold really exists? How is it possible to get such an amount? From previous frauds? Or the same fraudulent bionaid-donations affair?

On another hand, the Cannes International Film Festival is not in early year, but from 15th to 26th of May, 2013, which is rather the middle of the year. By the way, this festival doesn't display, in the official selection, any documentary film of such very "exotic" and speculative topic.

This is another fraud...when someone uses a prestigious name to make believe that something is relevant or of any importance.

So, Claus states three things, thanks to very important links mentionned above in his comment:

1) He really was a Bionaid distributor in Denmark with proof of it. So, Burk Elder Hale is an outright liar.

2) Burk Elder cheated him in receiving a lot of money from him without sending him back the Bionaid bottles corresponding to the price, pretending it was a donation according to the NEW terms of agreement.

3) Burk Elder has no heart. Just a greedy and evil mind. Even when his Danish distributor and dude needs some Bionaid bottles for his own illed son, he did nothing.

4) The content of the NEW Bionaid bottles has changed and it is no more efficient as it used to be with the Dan Nelson's formula.[/color]

Since OCT 6th, 2012, this trade mark seems to be available again. You should properly investigate through a lawyer to be sure.

At one point in time, Burk Elder should have had [b]a dispute with Dan Nelson and the previous manufacturer, the real inventor of the original Bionaid formula[/b], for (your choice):

DID YOU READ IT? He wrongly uses past studies, DONE WELL BEFORE HE EVEN KNEW THEM (see the research / clinical studies samples of the years 88, 95, 96, 99, 03, 09), even saying [i]“WE have noted amazing results”[/i] as if he was part of the studies when speaking of the Range Guide Ezine Research Section (he wasn't even aware of the formula at its study time), to make believe that the new formula is directly the enhancement of the previous formula belonging to Dan Nelson.

It is as if it was a new version (trioxysilver professionnal) of the previous Covalent Bonded Silver-Oxygen Hydrosols (the one of NASA / Dan Nelson technology).

We are in 2012. He then offered 10 millions dollars in 2009 (where? Since we discover together the $ 1,000,000 in gold reward press release in this thread) to challenge his new formula when it didn't even exist on the maket and in any user body since no research had begun at that time! A VERY DANGEROUS GUY INDEED!

Here are some of the articles (in Danish) about Bionaid that I distributed on the net, some going back to 2009. There is even proof from Elder's own website that I was a distributor! (first link below, until he removes it of course, but I still have a print screen though and LOTS of other proof), even bringing in some great testimonials through all my hard work.

I guess these were from the days where Dan Nelson's water was still in Bionaid. I have had customers later complaining that Bionaid no longer was the same as the last batch they got, and my wife told me the same. Imagine that this man wants to expose himself here as an outright liar...

Good Lord, what else can we trust from him these days then? "Say a little prayer for you", as Aretha Franklin sings. Yes, if you donate to him for the price of one bottle you may be lucky to receive one, if you order a case or several cases... I am not so sure... at least this is our experience, but I really dont think Bionaid is what is used to be anyway.

We made some tests as mentioned in the article above.

Now here are a few links proving that I have taken a lot of effort translating and writing articles about Bionaid, plus evidence of the company I once had called BionaidDK. Why go to such efforts to pretend to be a distributor of Bionaid if I had no Bionaid to supply the customers with anyway?! Really doesnt make too much sense does it?

No more proof needed to show that Elder (these days around at least) is a liar, sadly as it is. A very unkind man as well I would say. Even if I accepted that my payment was a donation - which there was no mentioning of in our emails where the amount to be paid was calculated bottle by bottle - he surely should supply me with his promised "gift" in return of $5000 sent (this I can proove of course).

But I did not see even a single bottle coming my way, not even when my child was ill and I asked him for just a few bottles. I think Elder went through some tough disappointing times that turned him this way around, but who knows, maybe his disease just got worse and worse. I think you try to do a lot of good Elder, but why screew us like this then?

So, Claus states three things, thanks to very important links mentionned above in his comment:

1) He really was a Bionaid distributor in Denmark with proof of it. So, Burk Elder Hale is an outright liar.

2) Burk Elder cheated him in receiving a lot of money from him without sending him back the Bionaid bottles corresponding to the price, pretending it was a donation according to the NEW terms of agreement.

3) Burk Elder has no heart. Just a greedy and evil mind. Even when his Danish distributor and dude needs some Bionaid bottles for his own illed son, he did nothing.

4) The content of the NEW Bionaid bottles has changed and it is no more efficient as it used to be with the Dan Nelson's formula.

Since OCT 6th, 2012, this trade mark seems to be available again. You should properly investigate through a lawyer to be sure.

At one point in time, Burk Elder should have had a dispute with Dan Nelson and the previous manufacturer, the real inventor of the original Bionaid formula, for (your choice):

1) those weird marketing behaviors (donations instead of mere purchases), maybe to avoid to pay royalties,

Well, to sum up the situation that could help Claus (Denmark), Rodney (UK), Clarence (Asia) and others who could follow them:

1) Burk Elder claims to heal (and kill) many bacterial infections, virus and germs with his own Bionaid water on his own websites, and on Godlikeproductions forum (topic called Burl Elder Hale: a Case of Fraud in New Age Products) through different pseudonymous.

2) Burk Elder didn't send bottles purchased after having received a lot of money for them, from numerous distributors / consumers.

3) Burk Elder Hale claims that some former bionaid distributors never were distributors, once they complain for his misdeeds.

4) Burk Elder did threat Claus Nicolae Nielsen on Godlikeproductions forum (topic called Burl Elder Hale: a Case of Fraud in New Age Products) through different pseudonymous, thanks to a Norvegian biker he would ask for beating Claus up.

5) Burk Elder Hale claims to be the inventor of Bionaid trioxysilver professional formula (AgO3) without any officially approved scientific and/or technical skills to do it.

6) Burk Elder Hale is the main and only officially claimed director of BHI MFG, LLC, anounced manufacturer of the Bionaid Trioxysilver professional water. The address of this company is his own private and physical address. There is no water production address where to officially check the production procedures.

7) Burk Elder Hale uses the same name of Bionaid that he owns, for two different products. He was not the inventor, nor the manufacturer, of the former product under the name of Bionaid.

8) Burk Elder Hale never officially noticed his well known foreign distributors about any major change in the product nor the commercial agreement (donations instead of purchases).

9) Burk Elder Hale wrongly used the names and prestige of previous inventors / manufacturers / medical institutions, and their works and papers, to sell his own self-invented products, while claiming his product is better than the other silver waters.

10) Burk Elder Hale can not produce any proof that his water is better, even the best, than the other silver products.

11) Burk Elder Hale, as a public demonstration of his water superiority, offers rewards ($ 1,000,000.00 in gold, then $ 10,000,000.00) that is impossible to win for the challenge linked with them are not correctly defined.

12) Burk Elder Hale claims to have scientific studies to prove the safety and efficacy of his water when they are none. He only bases this claim on one study that is still lacking of evidence.

14) Burk Elder Hale claims to have thousands, sometimes 100,000's of thousands, of testimonies that he can not prove to exist.

15) Burk Elder Hale creates many websites, letting believe that they are not merely his, to self praising himself and his products (in fact, there are soooo many).

ALL OF THESE FACTS CAN BE SEEN AS FRAUDS, SWINDLES, ROBBERY, CON TRICKS, DECEPTIONS, RACKETS OR SCAMS.

Be sure that Burk Elder Hale produces his very small bottles of Bionaid in his kitchen because no serious factory would take into account such a small producing series. The only manufacturers who are associated with his BHI MFG, LLC, company, located in his private home, are those which send him stickers and empty bottles.

The unhygienic conditions to fill the bottles of Bionaid in the kitchen are a real problem. NONE is able to be sure about the safety of the content of any bottle of Bionaid Trioxysilver Pro. Burk Elder Hale claims that he has no bottle return. With all his previous lies, none can be sure of it. In addition, none would send back a bottle with the so expensive shipping. Consumers just don't buy again. That's all.

There is no real official distributor able to control any of the processes involved, from production to the shipping, because the only official announced distributor is Phoenix Voyage which only responsability is the put the Bionaid banner on their website. By clicking this banner, you are sent to Burk's website.

Burk Elder Hale's only skill is to fabricate stories and praises. The last one to date is his "water of immortality" documentary film that he announced to be presented at the next 2013 Cannes International Film Festival. That's a mere lie because 1) this festival will never select this kind of speculative film, and 2) this supposed film isn't even made!!!

The only thing Burk Elder Hale is able to show is his terms of services that is perfectly summed up in his legal disclaimer:

Well, to sum up the situation that could help Claus (Denmark), Rodney (UK), Clarence (Asia) and others who could follow them, here are the 18 points for which Bruce Curtis (we don't care who he is) never was responsible to any of the following frauds, and / or crimes :

1) Burk Elder claims to heal (and kill) many bacterial infections, virus and germs with his own Bionaid water on his own websites, and on Godlikeproductions forum (topic called Burk Elder Hale: a Case of Fraud in New Age Products) through different pseudonymous. He dares to give a suggestion for the use for Bionaid Tri-Oxysilver:

Take one teaspoon once or twice daily or mix 4oz (half of a bottle) in 1 gal of pure, natural drinking water and drink 2oz to 8oz per day - a general, daily maintenance supplementation. IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL SUDDENLY, DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THIS AMOUNT. IF YOU ARE FEELY SEVERELY ILL SUDDENLY OR POISONED BY A VACCINE, CONSUME UP TO AN ENTIRE BOTTLE IMMEDIATLY, UNDILUTED, and drink at least 24 ounces of pure, natural water to flush out the toxins soon afterwards. IF YOU HAVE HAD A LONG-TERM ILLNESS, start out with the general, daily maintenance supplementation and DOUBLE the supplementation EVERY THREE DAYS, depending on how you are able to tolerate the detox symptoms, until you are taking the product EVERY TWO HOURS during the day UNTIL THE SYMPTOM ARE GONE. 2) Burk Elder didn't send bottles purchased after having received a lot of money for them, from numerous distributors / consumers.

3) Burk Elder Hale claims that some former bionaid distributors never were distributors, once they complain for his misdeeds.

4) Burk Elder did threat Claus Nicolae Nielsen on Godlikeproductions forum (topic called Burk Elder Hale: a Case of Fraud in New Age Products) through different pseudonymous, thanks to a Norvegian biker he would ask for beating Claus up. That's a serious legal problem, even if we already knew that his motto "Love Rules" is just another false marketing trick.

5) Burk Elder Hale claims to be the inventor of Bionaid trioxysilver professional formula (AgO3) without any officially approved scientific and/or technical skills to do it.

6) Burk Elder Hale is the main and only officially claimed director of BHI MFG, LLC, announced manufacturer of the Bionaid Trioxysilver professional water. The address of this company is his own private and physical address. There is no water production address where to officially check the production procedures. THERE IS NO SAFETY CONTROL OF ANY KIND.

7) Burk Elder Hale uses the same name of Bionaid that he owns, for two different products. He was not the inventor, nor the manufacturer, of the former product under the name of Bionaid.

8) Burk Elder Hale never officially noticed his well known foreign distributors about any major change in the product nor the commercial agreement (donations instead of purchases).

9) Burk Elder Hale wrongly used the names and prestige of previous inventors / manufacturers / medical institutions, and their works and papers, to sell his own self-invented product, while claiming his product is better than the other silver waters.

10) Burk Elder Hale can not produce any proof that his water is better, even the best, than the other silver products.

11) Burk Elder Hale, as a public demonstration of his water superiority, offers rewards ($ 1,000,000.00 in gold, then $ 10,000,000.00) that is impossible to win for the challenge linked with them are not correctly defined.

12) Burk Elder Hale claims to have scientific studies to prove the safety and efficacy of his water when they are none. He only bases this claim on one study that is still lacking of evidence.

13) Burk Elder Hale claims that tests have been conducted in order to prove the healing effects of his water on pathogenes when the tests were made and focused on minerals. Never on pathogenes.

14) Burk Elder Hale claims to have thousands, sometimes 100,000's of thousands, of testimonies that he can not prove to exist.

15) Burk Elder Hale creates many websites, letting believe that they are not merely his, to self praising himself and his products.

16) Burk Elder Hale never proved to have $ 1,000,000.00 in gold, or $ 10,000,000.00, to reward those who would be able to challenge his claims, rewards which push potential consumers to believe him on these facing values.

17) Burk Elder Hale forces people to never sue him through his agreement and terms of services once the user / consumer click on the 'I agree' button to see the bionaid testimonies on his websites, the only way to check the opinions of other users, should any medical side effect or commercial dispute with him or his agents occur. He is then against the law since the announced 'testimonials' are suddenly 'research testimonials' on the said page, i.e. mere experiments on users. In other words, if consumers just trust Burk Elder Hale without checking the testimonials (then becoming research testimonials), they don't know it is about a medical experiment which is presented as an unspeakable blurred benefit product having nothing to do with remedy, treatment or drug. His products are for a better health, even for killing or fighting germs, virus, bacteria and other infections, but are not intented for that. Any improving health should then be interpreted as totally and completely coincidental. It is a pure double language. JUST CAREFULLY CHOSEN WORDS. But the facts in his postures are the opposite. Remember that the bleach kills germ, virus and bacteria as well. Would you drink some?

18) Burk Elder Hale states that his products are consumed as an experimental test with its clients / consumers since there is no real firm proof of their healing safety and efficacy. It is then even possible that his products are dangerous, even very dangerous, on short or long term for the consumers, particularly due to the absence of production procedures control. NO REAL CAUTION MEASURE IS PRESENTED AND FOLLOWED BY BURK ELDER HALE FOR THE PEOPLE SAFETY. IT IS SURELY THE MOST SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST HIM.

When X orders something to Y, only Y is responsible for the product involved. No third party can be invoked. The responsibility goes to Y, not Z. So, Burk Elder Hale is the only responsible for the misdeed (no product sent nor refunding). NOTE THAT B.E.H. IMPLICITLY ADMITTED THAT IT WAS A BUSINESS TRANSACTION BETWEEN HIM AND CLAUS / CLARENCE / ETC., JUST HERE! NO DONATION! AT LEAST, he implicitly confessed it.

$1 million? What $1 million? Where is it? Again, we don't care where are the bottles Burk Elder Hale produces himself (that would explain why large quantities of bottles are never delivered). No evidence of anything such as a location of unproven produced bottles is required by the law by the victims. The only thing that counts for the ex-distributors is to be sent the right number of bottles or to be refunded. But since the production process is unclear, the charges against him are being heavier. Burk Elder Hale could have 1) sued Bruce Curtis, and/ or 2) requested a credit at his bank to refund his clients / distributors. Every other solution is just a conman misdeed.


17) 'But it is obvious that you have no such evidence as none exists, just evidence that Bruce Curtis kept your Bionaid and refused to ship it, a real scammer that is in hiding with your Bionaid.'

The victims of Burk Elder Hale's misdeeds don't have to prove anything. If one supplier is deficient in the process fo delivering products, the manufacturer / agent must comply with the contract, that should respect lawful compliances of the USA trade regulations, and make everything possible to satisfy the contract under decent time limit. In another hand, there exist exploitation / operations insurances to face such default events. A sound and honest businessman knows it perfectly. So, Burk Elder Hale, NO PLEAS ARE ACCEPTABLE.


18) '7,500 bottles were stolen by Bruce Curtis, some of that being yours an Clause's, but the most being mine. I paid for it, and it was to be shipped to you. I sent you email showing where Bruce Curtis admitted he would comply, thought he lied.'

AS FAR AS THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF A FORMAL COMPLAIN AT THE COURT FROM BURK ELDER HALE AGAINST BRUCE CURTIS, this is just a falsified story. Whatever lawsuits against Bruce Curtis by B.E.H., this latter is still responsible for the trade contract between his company and his distributors / clients.

Before saying how important and professional men are his associates, Burk Elder Hale would better tell us who they are. Otherwise, it's just another bragging, just trying to threaten and scare people. It would work with kids and gullible people, not with real grounded men and women.

Since the Burk Elder Hale's terms of services and uses are illegal, nothing has being violated. The only thing that has been violated by him is the fairness of the natural trade contracts.

She seemed to know Burk Elder Hale through his websites and local contacts and was recently (October) interested in bringing her help to Burk Elder's projects.

The projects is a documentary film called "water of immortality", or any other name, in which she would appear and help to make it happen in conjunction with other documentaries. Her main concerns is how the water is treated in Africa for a public use through the public services (surface water, boreholes, piped water, chemical and heavy metals in water, coverage of the public water, pollution and purified water problems, etc).

Through the documentary, she is looking for a better covering of her deeds in the world, (could be like a self-promoting support, along with Burk Elder Hale). With this footage project would come a conference she wants to be in. The final goal would be for Burk Elder Hale to be deeply introduced in the African business of purified water through some dignitaries. For the moment he is far from it.

So, to be short, Burk Elder is looking for an official govenmental support of his documentary and a conference. He seemed to have got an Uganda support through this Minister. But now he has to raise first ?10,000.00 from investors as he was asked (commited) by Greta Joanne Entertainment (in association with Artisan Festival International and Cannes World Peace Initiative) before signing any contract of pre-production. The total project cost is about ?50,000.00. Well, that's pretty cool! But the hardest thing is alway to sign a check from investors to ask a supplier (the film production cie) to provide a pre-production footage.

Apart from that most of my $5000 that I lost in this tragedy was AFTER the theft (and 'going into hiding' that bad, and still? so you gave up on them), but you never sent me ANY Bionaid, due to a delayed payment from me where you ended up paying the SAME price that you would have, if I had not jumped in and ordered 5 cases on top of yours last minute to get a reduced price together - and you come up with all kinds of excuses for not sending me anything, saying you had to pay more for your cases and that I 'committed' to this, and when I could not make it because of a short deadline, you said you then would deduct the price you had to pay "extra", meaning what you would have paid if I had not jumped in. If all the money is not yet there from me, then go with your own initial order Elder, but don't take my money as well! Then sell them to me for 5-cases and not 10-cases price. OK!? So what then happened is that I NEVER got ANYTHING from you, not even a SINGLE bottle or two for my ill child when asking, even twice. Just silence and then an unkept promise at my second request. Then excuses and brutal words from you since when confronting you. I have it all on track in gmail conversation where you used your useless 'donation' disclaimer, that you don't talk so much about anymore for some reason. That's just BAD Elder. Well, actually it is called THEFT. And it is a criminal act that you one day will have to pay for. This is my promise to you.

Claus, just between you and me, i think that is a good point that your fragile baby at the time he was sick did not drink the water, because Elder made it himself in his home... Thanks god for that.

For the other points, you are right and BEH deserves prosecution. And he will have, it's in is future.
